  This was the second and private video originally published after the person emailed us requesting more information and why. Years later, we now feel that the entire series is ready to be published via a public podcast. A few updates from this first video: 1. There is no need to email us to join the series. Originally, we were protective of the content of the series. Now one can skip around to the various teachings and meditations. 2. If you have questions or would like to be on a Zoom call, the email still is active. We will be doing future videos to address various questions. At random times, we will also be doing Zoom calls so we can chat face to face. Just let us know that you'd like to be on the list to be informed of the coming Zoom times. 3. We found that there was no way to encounter the series in 10 weeks. We laugh at that now! It's a journey, so just consume and process as YHWH leads. We are also publishing the original videos and audio recordings as is....

This is a short introduction meditation to begin your practice at the start of this series. Just find somewhere quiet and without distractions for 10 minutes.  Try this a few times over the course of a week and at different times during your day.  Enjoy!  Introduction Meditation
